LadyDuarte (USA: RI) (2008/08/02): Not as good as Twilight but still OK hoping for better things with eclipse. :)
The Kool-Aid Mom (USA: IN) (2008/08/15): In New Moon by Stephenie Meyer, I was forced to witness the horror of Bella and Edward’s breakup. I thought, “NO! THAT’S NOT RIGHT! I’m calling information RIGHT NOW and getting Ms Meyer’s phone number and BAWLING HER OUT!” But then reason washed over me as I realised this was just page 71, and I still had nearly 500 more pages to go, not to mention two more books… maybe good ol’ Steph has something planned. So I put the anger monkey back in her cage, turned the page and read on.I really love, and am addicted to, the Twilight books. I have to wait for Eclipse to arrive in the mail from another BookMooch member before I can go on, but I think I can hold out for a second on it… I hope. tekylove (France) (2008/12/09): Not as good as twilight the end is surprising.. the middle part is long, sad, boring
Kelly Kel (USA: GA) (2008/12/21): IMO the worst of all 4 books...you can pretty much skip it all together and just read the wiki to save yourself some time.
Michelle (USA: FL) (2009/02/07): I felt as if I had been robbed when I was reading this book at first. Bella and Edward were apart for most of the book and it KILLED me! I love Jacob and all but c'mon...after the beautiful love affair between Bella and Edward in Twilight, this was like torture. I still liked the book, though, but I have to say that Twilight was better. I am looking forward to reading the next two!
miky (USA: CA) (2009/02/20): This book was kind of dissapointing to me. I hated that Edward was away from Bell during 95 percent of the book. The middle part was really long and boring. I'm hoping there is a reason to this and hopefully I will see it in the third book of the series
Nikki (USA) (2009/02/26): this book was a let down for me. i could'nt believe that Edward left Bella! i have to say that Twilight was much better
~Manda~ (USA: IN) (2009/03/22): This book is my fave because I am big Jacob fan,I cant stand Edward for nothing I try to like him I really do but he is so annoying to me. It was little long for my taste but enjoyed it none less. Ive read all the books Twilight gave it a 6 out of 10 New Moon gave it a 8.5 out of 10 Eclipse gave it a 6.5 out of 10 Breaking Dawn 3 out of 10 (I did not like this book at all find it kinda stupid really)
venkatgreat (India) (2009/04/15): fgfgfg
Tawny (USA: UT) (2009/04/26): This is a good book, altough people don't like it as much as Twilight because Edward is absent through most of it.
Carolynne (USA: TX) (2009/07/04): I thought this book was one of the best ones out of the four especially when read a second & third time. The first time I hated Jacob in it. The second time I read it Jacob was growing on me & I totally "got it" w/ the love triangle. I cannot wait for the movie & I'm a real big fan of the Twilight Saga. Don't listen to anyone who tells you to "skip" this book. You need to read it & go through the agony Bella goes through when Edward...well, I don't want to give anything away just in case :) Read it & then start the whole series over again!
natalie (USA: OH) (2009/07/07): i was so mad when edward left but i was even angrier when bella started to hang out with jacob. it wasnt a horrible book, though. the middle was way too long for my liking.
spacegirl (Germany) (2009/07/13): A very good summer book serie. Easy to read. It makes you turn pages very swiftly. Book is definately better than the film. It covers many more details and gives a better picture of Jacob, one of the main characters. What I don't like about this book is that the characters are generally so selfless, it's edging on stupidity. Personally I don't like Bella, but can understand the Edward's point of view. This is also why I agree with all, who say New Moon is too long and worst of all the 4 books. Jacob is a sad character, but his cooperation with Edward in difficult times is worth appreciation. The love traingle between Bella Jacob and Edward is a wellknown plot for many books. No violance, no blatant sexuality. I find it very much linked with Christian moral values. I've read so many fantasy and vampire books that sometimes I can guess, what's coming a few pages later. Sometimes the storyline becomes very predictable. I can think of this serie as a holiday present, or a birthday present to someone who is not familiar with vampire stories but is rather a romantic reader.
Hannah (USA: AL) (2009/08/09): It was a pretty good book. It showed how Bella and Jacob got really close. But iy could have been better.
xiaoying (Singapore) (2009/08/20): I really like this book, although i don't agree bella going with jacob.I want to read the next book which is ''eclipse'',but no one has it...
Ogma (USA: MA) (2009/10/13): The first time reading this, I thought it was okay but it was my least favorite of the four books. After reading the series in its entirety, I saw the need for it--the set-up in this book is crucial, and reading it a second time I really enjoyed it. Excellent book in an excellent series.
MysticDragon3 (USA: IL) (2010/02/08): I LOVED THIS BOOK !!!! That all i really need to say.
Jenny (USA: CA) (2010/02/11): This was in interesting way to continue the saga. It goes from happy and joyful being hunted by a vampire only to have your life saved by your vampire boyfriend. To that very same boyfriend leaving you. Who will be there to pick up the peaces and try to but Bella back together again. Will it be a new face, or a old and long forgotten one?
Avigail (Israel) (2010/02/22): This book is big on emotion; Meyer does an incredible job of forcing us to feel Bella's pain at losing Edward and her moments of joy when she realizes that doing dangerous stunts bring on the "sound" of his voice. We're led to understand the growing friendship between Bella and Jake. The pacing is good. The book is a quick, satisfying read. My feeling is that the author works through scenes rather than writing in a linear fashion- and the scenes are fairly cinematic in their structure which I personally like. She gets to the point in her stories and fits a lot of action and signi-ficant detail in without overwhelming you with a density of vision.

Katelyn Rae (USA: OK) (2010/03/30): I havent read this book yet.
Diana Lucas (USA: WA) (2012/01/03): I tried to read this book, but then decided I'd better pass it on to someone who appreciates the series. One of my best friends loves the series, but I found that I can't stand the main character of Bella, so I stopped reading and couldn't bring myself to finish it.
